Measuring a Return On Investment with Social Media

Part of the reason that I like working with Espen and Jens is that the two of them are able to provide a more global perspective to the blogosphere. For example, through Espen I recently came across an excellent blog written in English by a woman in Norway doing research at the University of Bergen in "telling stories online."

In a recent post, she directs us to a spreadsheet program for calculating the ROI for time and resources spent on social media.

While I am in no way qualified to say if it is an effective calculator, it is certainly worth a look for anyone involved in this field.
