I wrote that post in many ways to screen potential candidates. Once they get through basic quals I am simply looking for three things: Winning attitude, talent and character. The rest can be learned, but those characteristics are inherent or not. They cannot be replaced or taught in my opinion. Thanks for the hat tip. This is great.
