Well, in addition to hanging out in Australia I am working for Converseon, looking for a job in Norway, AND writing for the blog. That’s more than a fulltime job man.

By the way, it is windy and cold on the coast right now, so you are not missing out on anything.

		<description>This is great.  I wrote  that post in many ways to screen potential candidates. Once they get through basic quals I am simply looking for three things: Winning attitude, talent and character.  The rest can be learned, but those characteristics are inherent or not.  They cannot be replaced or taught in my opinion.
