I subscribed to a search for "Housing" in my current neighborhood "Yonge and St. Clair" about 8 months ago and found myself a better roommate in a better building. I love it. As to why they won't redesign: not everyone can handle a redesign. It's just simple text right now, and incorporating new stuff might make CL incompatible with some browsers, alienating many users. Plus, the community is king the way Buckmaster put it. If they ask for it, it will happen. Otherwise, don't hold your breath. He was a pretty awesome dude though. Awesome quote to finish it off.
